Mediterranean Pantry gives a new approach to gastronomy on television. Presented by chef Jordi Jacas we will discover some of the more unique products that are produced in the area of Girona in Catalonia. During each episode, viewers will discover them one by one, through a monographic documentary describing its cultivation, harvest or gathering. We will also talk to the experts, discover the product’s qualities, witness the traditions relating to its consumption and to conclude each programme, Jordi will give us basic tips for preparing the product at home.
Mediterranean Pantry has all the elements needed to become a cult programme for lovers of gastronomy.
