An art video based on the electro-acoustic opera, En Landsoldats Dagbog, premiered in Barcelona's Pocket Opera Festival in 1995. The performance is based on notes extracted from the travel diary of the Danish painter, J. Th. Lundbye, written in 1842 in which he describes in all neutrality whatever happens on his travels. The opera, and the video, from the fragments of an individual and anonymous journey of thoughts, memories and dreams, avoid naturalism and penetrate an austere abstraction, full of intensity.
