A terminally ill needs a donor to survive. In view of the terrible wait and the fear of a transplant rejection, our main character chooses suicide. Because of his lack of courage to carry this out, he joins a secret society in which people join to get murdered. The only condition to enroll it is to have previously killed someone before they can die. But ¿what will happen when he realizes his victim is also the donor he was waiting for?
