Angela is a psychiatry student, sceptical when it comes to believing in the existence of ghosts and the paranormal world. In order to help her pass the subject, Professor Fuentes, the toughest and most eccentric one of the faculty, challenges Angela and a group of students to prove him wrong and refute the existence of the beyond by investigating a cursed village called Susurro (“Whisper”).

Angela and her fellow students, Belén, José, Carlos and Toni, embark upon a trip to Susurro. Diana, Angela’s youngest sister, lends them a van and joins them.

Together they walk through the village and the old salt mines where the DOCTOR was held prisoner. Ignoring the warnings, they open a gate to the “beyond”, leading to tragic consequences.
