Neon Flesh tells the story of Ricky, who, abandoned at age 12, has survived in the streets thanks to illegal trafficking scams. He has grown up among prostitutes, pimps and junkies. At age 23 and contemplating the imminent release of his mother Pura from jail, Ricky decides to open a brothel, the ''Hiroshima Club''. It is his gift to his mother, a place for her to work and a business for her to run, where she can leave behind her past as a prostitute.
