Inés and her boyfriend have an awful argument aboard a bus. They are travelling during the low season towards Mar de las Pampas in Argentina, to a resort where they plan to spend a short vacation. The bus stops. Inés gets out with her heavy bag hanging from her shoulder, and says that her boyfriend has not come out behind her. She is left alone on the road. Inés abandons herself to hikes through the forests, learns archery and meets friendly strangers who become short-term friends. With her eyes swollen and her stomach upset, Inés decides to stay and enjoy this romantic holiday, in solitude.
