Art. 83/e casts its glance on a group of people who are serving the last part of their prison sentence in a prisoner’s shelter flat in Barcelona. The film explores the movement of the prisoners through a non-place, a midpoint between confinement and freedom. Marking their days is the struggle against the inexorable passage of time. The struggle for reinsertion into a society that has already stigmatized them forever.
