Abyssinia Films S.L. is an independent audiovisual producer founded in 2004 by Pere Herms to produce documentary projects for cinema and television. Over the past six years, Abyssinia Films has produced six documentaries that have been broadcasted on television.

Since day one, the company has been following two established lines of work:

1. The production of the projects created by its founder, as well as external projects that suit the producer’s philosophy: the use of the documentary as a tool to raise awareness and bring people and cultures closer together; the development of projects with a high cultural and artistic value

2. Cooperation with NGOs and foundations to create documentaries and reports on humanitarian work to be used in awareness-raising campaigns
